Job Title: GCO Business Data Analysis Role Summary: Lead predictive modeling, data analysis, and database engineering to power data‑driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. Drive continuous improvement, modernize reporting, and enable technology adoption for operational excellence. Expectations: - Deliver actionable insights that influence commercial strategy. - Bridge data science with business operations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with stakeholder priorities. - Mentor analysts and foster data literacy across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms for forecasting bookings, inventory, and market trends. - Translate complex data into executive‑level recommendations and dashboards; standardize Power BI reporting globally. - Build market segmentation and competitive benchmarking models; produce regular performance reports and ad hoc analyses. - Architect scalable databases and data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured sources; maintain data security and integrity. - Apply Lean and RBS tools to streamline sales, operations, and commission processes; lead kaizen events and AI‑driven automation initiatives. - Champion adoption of digital tools (Power BI, Power Automate, RPA) and evaluate emerging technologies (CPQ, e‑commerce). - Serve as liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technology solutions meet commercial requirements. Required Skills: - Advanced data science and predictive analytics expertise. - Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python/R, and machine learning frameworks. - Experience in database architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline development. - Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement methodologies and RBS tools. - Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Management Science & Engineering. - Master’s degree preferred (not required). - Demonstrated internship, co‑op, research, or project experience in data analysis or business intelligence. - Familiarity with RBS (Ralliant Business System) tools and AI‑driven process improvement concepts.
