**Job Title:** SEO Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive revenue growth for a B2B/SaaS insurance‑focused website. Work cross‑functionally with content, design, product, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of search engine algorithms, AI trends, and industry best practices.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities and technical issues.
- Develop and implement on‑page, technical, and link‑building strategies.
- Collaborate with editors, copywriters, and designers to optimize content and site structure.
- Plan and manage editorial content calendars that support SEO goals.
- Use AI tools per guidelines to automate research, analysis, and content generation.
- Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Create and present regular performance reports, highlighting wins, anomalies, and action plans.
- Coordinate with external resources (copywriters, designers, agencies) for content creation and backlink outreach.
- Stay current on algorithm updates and AI advancements; share insights with the SEO team.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of hands‑on SEO strategy development, execution, and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, spot anomalies, and recommend solutions.
- Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and white‑hat link building.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance SEO workflows and track brand mentions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Curiosity and proactive mindset to identify root causes and replicate successful tactics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing preferred but not mandatory.
