Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy for assigned product lines, driving product performance, growth, and new policy acquisition. Collaborate across the 4Ps team (Product Owner, Program Manager, Product Lead, PMM) to translate market insights into actionable plans, model business cases, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Own product performance metrics and growth targets for assigned products.
- Deliver data‑driven forecasts, business cases, and initiative success plans.
- Champion customer experience through continuous voice‑of‑customer integration.
- Operate as a strategic consultant, brand steward, and cross‑functional orchestrator.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct comprehensive market and competitive research to identify consumer needs, market sizing, pricing opportunities, and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
2. Report product performance to stakeholders, analyzing reasons for success/failure with a focus on the new‑customer acquisition funnel.
3. Build annual product forecasts using historical data, forward‑looking insights, and analytical tools.
4. Analyze marketing data (campaigns, conversion, traffic) to shape future strategies.
5. Design, execute, or oversee audience feedback mechanisms: focus groups, surveys, polls, site surveys.
6. Coordinate with marketing leaders to align channel campaigns with product objectives.
7. Participate in and contribute to a Community of Practice for PMMs, sharing best practices and aligning cross‑functional goals.
8. Advocate customer experience by integrating voice‑of‑customer findings from Product Leads, CSR, Partnerships, and other staff.
9. Manage handoff of new products from New Product Development to Marketing, ensuring smooth transition.
10. Create, present, and evaluate Initiative Success Plans (ISPs) outlining resources, returns, metrics, and business cases.
