Job Description

**Job Title:** Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager (Part‑Time / Contract) **Role Summary:** Drive brand growth for two apparel lines by designing, executing, and optimizing influencer collaborations and affiliate programs (TikTok Shop, Levanta/Amazon). Manage end‑to‑end campaign strategy, performance tracking, and budget oversight while maintaining strong creator relationships. **Expectations:** - Deliver influencer and affiliate campaigns that meet or exceed agreed ROI/ROAS targets. - Onboard and activate new influencers/affiliates quickly with proper assets and tracking. - Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights. - Maintain brand voice consistency across all creator content. - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects within a 15‑20 hour weekly schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, recruit, and negotiate with influencers aligned with outdoor‑lifestyle and work‑wear audiences. - Create briefings, set deliverables, and monitor influencer content and metrics. - Build long‑term creator partnerships and manage ambassador programs. - Administer affiliate programs on TikTok Shop and Levanta (Amazon); onboard affiliates, supply assets, and track links. - Optimize affiliate performance through data analysis, outreach, and incentive structures. - Develop seasonal and product‑launch marketing strategies; coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross‑brand execution. - Compile and present campaign performance dashboards, focusing on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution. - Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop and Levanta/Amazon affiliate platforms. - Strong negotiation and communication abilities. - Data‑driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and KPI reporting. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. - Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle or work‑wear consumer segments (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google Analytics) are a plus but not mandatory.
