**Job Title:** VP, Agency Operations
**Role Summary:**
Senior leadership position focused on optimizing agency operations, ensuring financial health, scalability, and alignment between creative excellence and business execution. Drives process innovation, resource management, and cross‑functional collaboration to support a high‑growth, fast‑paced creative environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end operational efficiency across all projects.
- Maintain profitability through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and pricing.
- Scale operations to support expansion and new service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs for the entire project lifecycle (brief, scope, creative execution, production, delivery, post‑review).
- Manage creative workflows, production processes, and asset management in partnership with Creative, Account, and Program teams.
- Evaluate, select, and administer the operational technology stack (project management, resource planning, etc.) to drive transparency.
- Collaborate with People & Leadership to develop onboarding and training programs for new hires and resourcing teams.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability monitoring in partnership with Finance.
- Oversee resource allocation, staffing, freelancers, and capacity planning to maximize utilization and prevent bottlenecks.
- Partner with Account Leadership to craft accurate scopes, estimates, and pricing models.
- Negotiate and manage vendor and technology partner contracts.
- Direct and mentor Program Management and Resourcing teams, setting performance goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison across Creative, Account, Strategy, Finance, and HR to align priorities and communication.
- Champion operational culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to long‑term business strategy by identifying operational capabilities for growth.
- Design and support RFPs and pitches, ensuring delivery approaches are efficient and compelling.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards (utilization, profitability, on‑time delivery) for the leadership team.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of Operations Management experience in a creative agency, advertising, or marketing environment.
- 3–5 years in a senior operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
