Job Title: VP, Artist and Label Marketing
Role Summary
Senior executive responsible for shaping and executing the marketing vision for the company’s exclusive artist roster and label services business. Combines long‑term strategic planning with hands‑on campaign execution, setting creative standards and leading a high‑performance marketing organization.

- Cultivate and maintain trust‑based relationships with artists, managers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy for all exclusive artists and label services.
- Set and enforce creative benchmarks for campaigns, ensuring storytelling, cultural relevance, and brand integrity.
- Develop long‑term growth plans while managing day‑to‑day campaign operations and timelines.
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership on artist positioning, market opportunities, and portfolio strategy.
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign planning, release coordination, and performance reporting.
- Build and manage project budgets in partnership with Finance, ensuring accountability and ROI.
- Partner with Creative, Digital, Commerce, A&R, Publicity, Sync, and Product teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Maintain campaign visibility through regular updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the Artist & Label Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and ownership.
- Present marketing concepts and results to artists, managers, and external partners, and negotiate collaborations.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Sync, International, and Product teams to unlock new revenue streams and audience reach.

Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in music marketing, brand building, or analogous creative/marketing leadership roles.
- Preferred: industry certifications such as Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or equivalent.
