Job Description
**Job title** Brand Marketing Specialist **Role Summary** Drive the creation, launch, and promotion of branded product lines by coordinating across licensing, sales, design, and marketing teams. Lead brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and product launches, while managing product development pipelines and market trend analysis. **Expactations** - Deliver end‑to‑end product line development for global brands. - Present product concepts, brand positioning, and launch strategies to stakeholders. - Maintain accurate product tracking and documentation. - Analyze sales performance and market data to uncover growth opportunities. - Execute brand campaigns and influencer‑driven promotions to support product launches. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop global product lines from concept to shelf in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Coordinate with licensors, sales, and creative teams to develop and present product concepts for approval. - Maintain product tracking systems from ideation through final approvals and sample retention. - Manage packaging design, gift‑box development, and trade show sample logistics. - Publish New Product Introduction forms and contribute to website and editorial updates. - Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities. - Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and influencer‑driven promotional activities. - Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and consumer insights to inform strategy. - Present brand positioning and product strategies to internal and external stakeholders. - Oversee licensed product approvals across multiple assortments. - Support brand‑building events and marketing content creation. **Required Skills** - Marketing or product management experience, preferably with branded consumer products. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter. - Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Mailchimp, YouTube) and influencer marketing. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. - Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance. - Collaborative mindset and cross‑functional teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
