Job Description

Job title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Build, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models at scale for language intelligence, focusing on agentic AI workflows and conversational analytics. Bridge research and production to ensure robust, efficient integration into live systems. Expectations: - Deliver production‑ready ML solutions for translation, speech, and interpretation. - Transition agentic prototypes into reliable production services. - Maintain high model performance with continuous monitoring and improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy scalable training and inference pipelines for supervised ML and LLM‑based agentic systems. - Build and optimize inference pipelines supporting multi‑step reasoning, tool integration, and domain‑specific problem solving (e.g., software engineering support, conversational analytics). - Implement model monitoring, evaluation, and iterative improvement workflows across diverse model types. - Collaborate with data engineering to provide clean, structured, compliant data for all ML training. - Partner with product and DevOps teams to integrate ML and agentic services into the infrastructure. - Optimize models for latency, cost, and accuracy in real‑time applications, including streaming speech and low‑latency interpretation. - Work with Applied AI Engineering to scale agentic prototypes to production. Required Skills: - Proficient in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). - Strong software engineering practices: CI/CD, version control, testing, and debugging of production systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic system design (plus). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience as an ML Engineer, DevOps engineer, or in ML Engineering roles.
