Job Description
Job Title: Solutions Architect Role Summary: Design and manage the end‑to‑end client experience for a fintech platform in private capital markets. Serve as the primary client liaison, orchestrate onboarding and training, monitor usage and health metrics, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to continuously improve the product and processes. Expectations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with product users and decision‑makers. - Ensure successful onboarding, rapid adoption, and ongoing client satisfaction. - Actively identify, report, and mitigate risks or issues impacting client usage. - Translate client feedback into actionable product and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Act as key point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and needs. - Lead client onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer sessions. - Prepare and conduct regular client check‑ins, reviews, and usage data presentations. - Monitor and analyze client usage data; flag potential risks and collaborate on remediation. - Gather client feedback and advocate for product, sales, and engineering improvements. - Establish and promote best practices across external and internal workflows. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape processes and improve client experience. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder engagement. - Strong training and facilitation abilities. - Analytical mindset for interpreting usage data and identifying trends. - Proactive problem‑solving and project management in a fast‑paced environment. - Detail‑oriented, organized, with effective time‑management and multitasking. - Comfortable collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (2‑6 years professional experience) OR - Master’s degree in Finance/Management or MBA with relevant professional experience (full‑time or internship). - Knowledge or experience in investment banking, private credit, or private equity is preferred.
