Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Support the sales team in the South East region by generating and qualifying leads, communicating with prospects, and assisting in proposal development. Contribute to overall sales targets and maintain a strong understanding of Orona’s lift and escalator solutions. Expectations: Deliver individual sales targets, manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, maintain accurate CRM entries, and collaborate with senior sales managers to close opportunities. Provide timely administrative support and ensure customer interactions reflect high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive lead generation through research, cold calling, and networking. - Qualify prospects against predefined criteria and enter qualified leads into CRM. - Initiate and maintain phone and email communication with potential and existing clients. - Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contract documentation with senior staff. - Contribute to team sales goals and actively participate in sales activities. - Develop in-depth product knowledge to articulate features and benefits to clients. - Collaborate with sales colleagues to share best practices and achieve common objectives. - Execute administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
