Job Description
**Job Title** B2B Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Reports directly to the team lead and drives growth of the commercial unit by partnering with leading French media brands, promoting media‑related products, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Works closely with production teams and leverages inbound leads from growth/SDR functions. **Expectations** - Minimum 1 year of proven B2B or B2C sales experience. - Strong hunter mentality with ability to source prospects via LinkedIn, Google, directories and social platforms. - Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals. - High level of autonomy, result‑orientation and ambition to achieve a variable compensation package (€25K–€80K + uncapped bonus). - Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and CRM (or rapid learning ability). **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and nurture relationships with major French media partners (e.g., TF1, Marie Claire, BFM Business, Le Figaro, Forbes). - Prospect new leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach; maintain a short sales cycle aligned with thematic programmes. - Own the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Leverage inbound leads from Growth and SDR teams to expand the pipeline. - Position and sell flagship media products, using partner brand equity to boost client visibility. - Collaborate with production teams to ensure delivery alignment. - Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the Sellsy CRM. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and report performance metrics. **Required Skills** - B2B sales and prospecting (cold call/email) expertise. - Strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities. - Research and lead generation using LinkedIn, Google, and social media. - CRM management (Sellsy or comparable) and pipeline discipline. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French proficiency advantageous. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working remotely with occasional on‑site meetings. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred. - No specific certifications mandatory; sales training or relevant coursework is a plus.
