Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator, Client Operations Role Summary: Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator and strategic partner for the Client Operations team, driving process optimization, scalability, and efficiency across onboarding, payroll, insurance, and tax operations. Expectations: - Diagnose operational friction and recommend scalable solutions. - Translate business challenges into Salesforce and tool-based improvements. - Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects with cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Act as trusted advisor to Client Operations leadership. - Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce automation (Flow) for onboarding and billing. - Document existing workflows, identify process improvement opportunities. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (e.g., onboarding time, case management metrics). - Conduct regular Salesforce data audits and configuration reviews. - Drive change management: training, user guides, ongoing support. - Collaborate with Systems Architect on complex builds beyond standard administration. Required Skills: - Salesforce Administration (Service Cloud, custom objects, Flow). - Business systems analysis and process consulting. - Data analysis & reporting (report builder, dashboards). - Project management (multiple concurrent initiatives). - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration. - Adaptability in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - 3–5 years progressive experience in Salesforce solution design or process consulting within a SaaS environment. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (including Service Cloud).
