**Job Title**
DevOps Engineer (Full‑time)
**Role Summary**
Responsible for industrializing infrastructure deployment, shaping the technical roadmap, and continuously improving automation tools and processes. Drives the development and maintenance of observability, CI/CD pipelines, and legacy integration to ensure high‑availability and scalability of cloud‑based services.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role (excluding internships/alternatives).
- Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and innovate within a technical community.
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code for multi‑cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Lead the automation of deployment, scaling, and recovery processes via Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, AWX, and Puppet.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and related tooling to accelerate application delivery.
- Develop scripts and utilities in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Shell, or Go for operational automation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and provide strategic guidance on technology adoption.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, documenting best practices and lessons learned.
**Required Skills**
- Cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
- Configuration management: Ansible, AWX, Puppet.
- CI/CD: experience with integration pipelines and tooling.
- Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Go.
- Observability & monitoring: Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Strong debugging, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator).
- DevOps or Kubernetes certifications (Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience and proven track record in production DevOps environments are essential.
