Required Skills: - Proficiency in diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). - Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and business process mapping. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a pragmatic mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication; liaison with cross‑functional teams. - Experience in testing and Level‑1 support. - Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable solutions. - Fluent spoken English (additional language skills are an advantage).
