Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Event Security Engineer (H/F) **Role Summary** Leads and executes security projects for large‑scale cultural, sporting, corporate and international events, ensuring compliance with the CISPE methodology, quality standards, budgets and timelines. Supervises a Junior Security Engineer, collaborates with operations, vendors and authorities, and independently manages smaller‑scale projects. **Expectations** - Minimum 6 years experience in security management for major events or large enterprises. - Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver results under pressure. - Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills. - Excellent oral and written English; French required for local coordination. - Proactive, calm in crisis situations, and able to interface with clients, authorities and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Direct the Junior Security Engineer in applying the CISPE method to each project. - Deploy and manage security tools (SSE, quality control, audits, CCTV, access‑control, communications). - Produce detailed deliverables following defined processes. - Coordinate with all vendors to implement 6S safety standards. - Support the Project Manager in presenting projects to authorities. - Advise clients on event security solutions under Operations Director supervision. - Review quotations and invoices against margin tables. - Generate and present performance reports to the Operations Director or project lead. **Required Skills** - Mastery of security technologies: video surveillance, access‑control systems, communication networks. - In‑depth knowledge of security regulations and industry standards. - Strong technical writing and documentation abilities. - Effective communication with clients, authorities and internal teams. - Leadership and team‑management experience. - Crisis‑management competence with composure under pressure. - Fluent English (written & spoken); French proficiency required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree in security, risk management, or related field (e.g., military, police, gendarmerie, event security). - Relevant security or risk‑management certifications (optional but advantageous).
