**Job Title:** ServiceNow Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation, focusing on ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Own integration of ServiceNow with data center infrastructure and ensure alignment with ITIL processes. Drive technical strategy, deliver high‑quality solutions, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
- Maintain optimal CMDB accuracy and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
- Communicate status, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and architect ServiceNow modules (ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
- Integrate ServiceNow with servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and third‑party systems via REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, and web services.
- Normalize, reconcile, and map CMDB data and dependencies.
- Define and enforce ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Lead technical workshops, reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- 14+ years IT experience with 10+ years ServiceNow design/architecture.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).
- Proficiency in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, Web Services).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM or ITSM.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
