**Job Title:** Enterprise Account Manager **Role Summary** Drive retention and expansion of high‑value SaaS accounts for a growth‑stage company. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and collaborate with customer success and services teams to maximize annual revenue and ensure long‑term satisfaction. **Expectations** - 8+ years of account management or customer success experience in a SaaS environment. - Proven success managing mid‑market to lower‑enterprise portfolios. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth. - Autonomous, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a remote, fast‑paced setting. - Strategic thinker with analytical skills and data‑driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities** - Retain and grow a portfolio of high‑value accounts through strategic planning and relationship building. - Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize portfolio revenue. - Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to drive product adoption and client satisfaction. - Use data analytics to monitor account health, forecast revenue, and pinpoint expansion areas. - Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving client issues and fostering long‑term success. **Required Skills** - SaaS account management or customer success experience. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM and data‑analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel). - Strategic account planning and execution. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable with remote collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
