Job Description
**Job Title** HR Generalist **Role Summary** Support all core HR functions for a growing digital pharmacy. Manage recruitment, benefits, payroll assistance, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS maintenance. Act as a liaison between leadership and staff to maintain compliance, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations. **Expectations** - Deliver efficient, compliant HR support in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain high standards of confidentiality and accuracy. - Demonstrate proactive communication with candidates, employees, and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** - Draft and publish job descriptions on multiple platforms. - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling. - Manage candidate communications and experience throughout hiring. 2. **Benefits Administration** - Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries. - Support enrollment, changes, and terminations. - Liaise with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing. 3. **Payroll Support** - Assist with payroll preparation and processing. - Verify employee records and time‑tracking data. - Respond to employee payroll queries. 4. **General HR Support** - Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data. - Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes. - Advise employees/managers on HR policies and best practices. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. - Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Required Education & Certifications** - Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1‑3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or Coordinator. - Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, payroll, and benefits administration.
