Job Description
Job title: Integration Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and support integration solutions that connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with line‑of‑business and external partner applications, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance within an Azure cloud environment. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality integration components that meet documented functional and non‑functional requirements; collaborate with SMEs, Agile teams, and support functions; maintain clear technical documentation; provide third‑line support for integration incidents; continuously improve integration processes and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build Azure‑based integration components (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Data Factory, App Services) for Dynamics 365 and external systems. - Translate business requirements, user stories, and specifications into technical designs and code. - Align solutions with the overarching digital solution architecture and Rewire programme standards. - Define and execute test plans, including impact assessment for cloud service changes. - Estimate effort, produce technical documentation, and assist the wider delivery team. - Provide third‑line support for production incidents and general application domain issues. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Required Skills: - Strong experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Data Factory, App Services). - Proficiency in .NET/C# and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement APIs, security, Power Automate, and Power Apps. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines and CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development. - Ability to design secure, resilient, performant integrations and write comprehensive technical documentation. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred). - Dynamics 365 Developer or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification (preferred).
