Job title: Project Coordinator
Role Summary:
Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of WMS, ERP, and CRM projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence while facilitating clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Expectations:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage additional requests and associated budget adjustments.
- Provide timely, effective client communication.
- Handle client calls outside normal hours on a rotating basis.
- Travel up to 50 % of the time within Canada and the United States; availability for on‑site client work.
- Resolve issues and crises calmly, fostering team confidence.
- Adapt independently in ambiguous, deadline‑intense environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and track tasks, milestones, deliveries, dependencies, and critical paths for project teams and clients.
- Apply appropriate implementation approaches, consulting tools, and methodologies.
- Anticipate risks, define mitigation actions, and update project plans accordingly.
- Ensure project documentation, status reports, and budget tracking are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with partners, directors, and solutions specialists across functional areas.
- Manage multiple concurrent mandates under a project director’s supervision.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
- Coordinate internal resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Required Skills:
- 1‑2 years’ experience in project management (ideally consulting).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project/task management software.
- Problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure, crisis situations.
- Teamwork orientation and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or retail (preferred).
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus but not mandatory.
