Job Description: Job Title: Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Web Developer Role Summary: Develop and enhance web platforms using Ruby on Rails on the back‑end and modern JavaScript frameworks on the front‑end. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions, mentor junior staff, ensure code quality, and continuously improve development processes. Expactations: Minimum 3 years of professional development experience, strong command of Ruby on Rails, solid knowledge of at least one front‑end framework (React, Vue.js, Angular), ability to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces, professional English proficiency, willingness to learn and lead, and a proactive, start‑up mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement new features and modules for web platforms. - Participate in technical architecture decisions. - Develop front‑end interfaces using React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar. - Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs with Ruby on Rails. - Convert user needs into attractive, user‑friendly UI/UX solutions. - Coach and support junior and intermediate developers. - Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices. - Suggest and implement improvements to development tools and workflows. - Propose adoption of new technologies and methodologies. - Oversee corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications.
