Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Operations Intern – Summer 2026 **Role Summary** Assist the Sales team with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while working on a real business challenge. Support sales goals, contribute to project deliverables, and present findings to the team and broader organization. **Expectations** - Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program. - Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7. - Completed freshman‑year coursework. - Eligible for unrestricted work authorization in the United States; no visa sponsorship. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with Sales leadership to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. - Create and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and reports to support sales performance tracking. - Work on assigned projects that address real business challenges within the Sales group. - Compile research, analysis, and recommendations into presentations for internal stakeholders. - Participate in the internship showcase (Intern Expo) to demonstrate project outcomes. - Attend internal events, workshops, and professional development sessions. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Interest in sales processes and business operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Professional Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related major). - Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7. - Completion of at least one full academic year of coursework. - US work authorization (no sponsorship).
