**Job title** Privacy Compliance Intern **Role Summary** Provide support to the Privacy & Third Party Risk Department on privacy compliance initiatives, incident investigations, data analysis, research, and administrative tasks. Work under close supervision to ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and timely completion of assigned projects. **Expections** - U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (no visa sponsorship). - College student enrolled full‑time in a bachelor’s or master’s program; completed at least sophomore year. - Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (highly preferred). - Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and research skills. - Familiarity with information security and privacy concepts. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist with investigation and resolution of low‑level privacy incidents. - Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and prepare findings. - Create and edit presentations, reports, and documentation. - Verify, input, and update data in designated systems and electronic files. - Provide clerical and administrative support (e.g., scheduling, filing). - Complete special projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor. **Required Skills** - Excellent writing and communication. - Analytical and research proficiency. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents). - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently under close supervision. - Basic understanding of privacy, data protection, and information security practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (completed sophomore year) in a relevant field such as business, information systems, law, or privacy/ cybersecurity. - No specific certifications required.
