**Job Title:** Startup Manager – IT & Digital
**Role Summary**
Lead the incubation of high‑potential technology startups, focusing on IT and digital sectors. Evaluate, mentor, and support founders through business model development, financial planning, and market positioning. Build and manage relationships with regional, national, and international partners, and promote the incubator ecosystem.

- Cultivate a robust network of partners, investors, and experts to enhance startup resources.
- Represent the incubator at external events, fostering visibility and collaboration.
- Deliver measurable impact on startup success rates and ecosystem development.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Portfolio Management** – Assess and select high‑potential projects; guide founders through structuring, business modeling, roadmap creation, and financial analysis.
2. **Funding Support** – Assist in drafting business plans, financing strategies, and fundraising pitches; facilitate connections with public and private investors.
3. **Partnership Development** – Map the IT/digital ecosystem; forge collaborations with solution providers (e.g., cloud, AI, cybersecurity) and organize joint events.
4. **Program Delivery** – Design and lead incubator modules, workshops, and masterclasses on digital topics; tailor content for collective and individual incubation tracks.
5. **Ecosystem Promotion** – Represent the incubator at regional and national events (e.g., Startup Weekend, Vivatech); promote the program to potential partners and stakeholders.
6. **Knowledge Transfer** – Provide coaching, mentorship, and pedagogical support to founders; maintain high communication standards in writing and speaking.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT/digital roles (startup, product, development, or project management).
- At least 1 year of entrepreneurial experience (founder, co‑founder, or startup executive).
- Strong evaluation skills: technical, economic, strategic, and organizational analysis.
- Proficiency in business model canvas, financial modeling, and market research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to network, negotiate, and build alliances with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑stimulation, rigor, organizational acumen, and a proactive mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or product management (CSPO, Scrum) are a plus.
- Knowledge of the regional innovation ecosystem (Grand Est) is advantageous.
