Director of Product Management – AI Brand Visibility Platform
**Role Summary**
Own end‑to‑end product definition, UX, and commercial roadmap for an AI‑driven brand presence platform. Translate large language model outputs into business actions and revenue impact for brand and agency clients. Drive product strategy, execution, and P&L within a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
**Expectations**
- 3–6 years of product management experience in SaaS or MarTech, with proven end‑to‑end roadmap delivery.
- Strong UX background with hands‑on interface design skills.
- Ability to partner with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders to set product priorities.
- Demonstrated ownership of product profitability: conversion flows, pricing, usage thresholds, feature gating.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and market signals.
- Coordinate daily with CTO, engineering, and data science on prioritization and delivery.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, capacity management, and velocity tracking.
- Convert backend scoring into intuitive dashboards; collaborate with frontend and data engineers.
- Partner with CEO and early customers to refine use cases, personas, and feature priorities.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Webflow, Framer, or Lovable.
- Own product P&L levers: conversion flows, pricing, usage thresholds, feature gating.
- Monitor competitive behavior across assistants and tools; feed insights into roadmap decisions.
- Build internal systems for feature scoring, feedback triage, and rapid experimentation.
**Required Skills**
- Product management in SaaS or MarTech (3–6 years).
- End‑to‑end roadmap ownership from insight to launch and iteration.
- UX sensibility with hands‑on interface design.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and consumer use patterns.
- Knowledge of LLM training data sources (Reddit, Amazon, YouTube, Wikipedia).
- Fluent English; clear communication with technical and commercial stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications, though Agile/Scrum (CSM/PMI‑ACP) or UX design certificates are a plus.
