**Job Title:** Public Relations Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Entry‑level PR professional supporting brand communication efforts. Manages media and influencer outreach, event logistics, sample inventory, and coverage reporting to enhance brand visibility across North America and globally. Works under the Senior Manager, Communications and collaborates with marketing, events, and product teams.
**Expectations:**
- Work 3 days in office per week.
- Deliver accurate monthly media recaps, spending reports, and event reports.
- Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update document library on SharePoint.
- Track media coverage via Muck Rack; compile week‑to‑week highlights and monthly recaps for NA and Global teams.
- Manage departmental budget tracking, receipts, and vendor documentation.
- Support ideation, planning, execution, and reporting of brand events, press previews, influencer activations, and experiential moments.
- Maintain master pitch calendar and media list; conduct outreach, pitch, and follow‑up.
- Innovate pitch ideas aligned with brand priorities and launches; research and build new media relationships.
- Draft and distribute press materials and pitches.
- Use Tribe Dynamics for influencer seeding, mailing, and outreach; focus on nano and micro creator relationships.
- Manage influencer content workflow for paid amplification or owned usage.
- Own day‑to‑day PR closet management: inventory tracking, restocking, and shipping logistics for press, influencer, and event product send‑outs.
- Ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of PR closet.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, problem‑solve proactively, and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented organizational skills.
- Team player with collaborative spirit.
- Passion for the beauty/skincare industry.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in PR, media relations, or influencer marketing.
