**Job Title:** Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue goals through data-informed campaigns, content creation, and market expansion. **Expectations:** Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, translate complex service offerings into compelling messaging, and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies using market research and competitive analysis. - Serve as an internal expert on services, creating clear, compelling content (e.g., landing pages, campaign messaging) and ensuring alignment with value propositions. - Oversee end-to-end campaign development, including ideation, execution, and optimization for demand generation and brand growth. - Strengthen brand positioning in existing and new markets via consistent messaging, visual identity, and strategic expansion. - Align marketing activities with revenue targets, measuring ROI and driving continuous improvement through experimentation and data analysis. **Required Skills:** - Strategic marketing planning and execution. - Service knowledge translation into customer-centric content. - Campaign management, including demand generation and funnel optimization. - Analytical skills for market research and performance metrics. - Leadership in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. - Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation and internal/external education. **Required Education & Certifications:** - 3–5 years progressive experience in B2B, professional services, or consulting marketing. - Proven success in revenue-aligned campaign delivery and brand growth. - Strong content creation and editing expertise. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize high-impact initiatives. - Proficiency in market analysis tools and digital marketing platforms. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP) preferred.
