Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead business analysis tasks, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, and improve operational efficiency through process optimization and requirements management. **Expectations:** Minimum 1+ years as a Business Analyst; experience in P&C insurance underwriting or claims; proficiency in SDLC (waterfall/agile), requirements analysis, and problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and document business/functional requirements using process modeling, data analysis, and requirements tools. - Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. - Support testing, training, and operational troubleshooting of production issues. - Create solution options and oversee delivery via projects/enhancements to production. - Develop documentation (guides, SOPs, release notes) and lead post-implementation support. - Participate in SDLC activities and special projects. - Maintain internal controls and build cross-functional relationships. **Required Skills:** - Data analysis and requirements decomposition. - Proficiency in process modeling, requirements management software. - Strong communication for stakeholder alignment. - Problem-solving and customer service orientation. - SDLC expertise (waterfall/agile).
