Job Description: **Job Title** Senior AI Strategy Consultant (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead AI transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across finance, transport, utilities, media, luxury, industry, and retail. Evaluate AI maturity, co‑create strategic use cases, design implementation roadmaps, and manage change to embed AI as a performance lever while addressing regulatory and organisational constraints. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end AI strategy consulting from diagnostic to operational rollout. - Align AI initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements and innovation ambitions. - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and drive adoption among all stakeholder levels. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct structured AI maturity assessments and sector benchmarks. 2. Co‑design high‑impact AI use cases, prioritising valuable initiatives with business and IT leaders. 3. Build and deliver learning programmes to upskill executives, managers and technical teams on AI concepts and responsibilities. 4. Develop clear, pragmatic AI roadmaps that map to strategic objectives, resource constraints and compliance frameworks. 5. Lead change‑management activities to secure lasting adoption, addressing human, organisational and regulatory dimensions. 6. Support operational delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client priorities and risk management. 7. Communicate findings and recommendations to C‑suite and senior stakeholders in compelling, jargon‑free language. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of project management experience in digital, data or AI transformation. - Deep knowledge of AI technologies: generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data science. - Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Strategic analysis and action‑plan structuring. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language skills an advantage). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering) in business, strategy, digital transformation or data/AI. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified AI Consultant, PMI‑PMP, Scrum Master) are desirable but not mandatory.
