Own end‑to‑end design processes, conduct UX research, perform competitive analysis, and develop prototypes that influence product strategy and revenue. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality design work that drives user engagement and business metrics. - Establish scalable design processes to support rapid team and product expansion. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design with strategic goals. - Act as a proactive, strategic thinker, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research; design interviews, surveys, and usability tests. - Conduct competitive and market analysis to position the product as a differentiation leader. - Define, implement, and iterate design processes, frameworks, and guidelines for product and team scalability. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows; iterate based on feedback and technical constraints. - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design into product strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience scaling design in a SaaS startup; B2B SaaS domain expertise. - Strong UX research: interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis. - In‑depth competitive and market analysis skills. - Ability to build and refine design processes and frameworks that scale with growth. - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud). - Experience with AI‑powered design tools and automation. - Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, from research through launch.
