Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Advisor **Role Summary:** Support operational HR functions in a childcare organization, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance with HR policies. **Expectations:** Proven HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in childcare/education. Strong employee relations case management to align with legal and organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end cases for disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and long-term sickness processes. - Proactively manage long-term absences, including occupational health referrals. - Serve as primary contact for maternity, paternity, adoption, and flexible working requests. - Guide managers through probation reviews and performance management. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Prepare HR metrics analysis for board-level reporting. - Develop and deliver employee engagement, wellbeing, and HR policy training. - Maintain accurate HR records for new hires, resignations, and contractual changes. **Required Skills:** - HR advisory and employee relations case management experience. - Risk assessment and decision-making aligned with labor laws and company policies. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for confidentiality and stakeholder collaboration. - Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting. - Ability to coach managers in performance processes and policy compliance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent HR experience. - CIPD qualification or active progression toward certification preferred.
