Job Description
**Job Title:** Coordinator, E-Commerce and Art Sales **Role Summary** Coordinate e-commerce operations, art sales, and services to meet sales and operational goals. Ensure seamless online customer experiences, inventory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Expectations** Maintain and optimize product listings, manage e-commerce platforms, and support data-driven decision-making through sales reporting. Handle consignment art logistics, client services, and financial reconciliations. **Key Responsibilities** - Update and optimize product listings (descriptions, pricing, inventory) to enhance online store performance. - Manage promotional campaigns, cross-selling, and product categorization across e-commerce platforms. - Coordinate art sales and rental transactions, including order processing, contract reviews, and client negotiations. - Oversee consignment art inventory, inventory reconciliations, and physical stock management. - Process financial reports (sales, accounts receivable, commissions) and resolve payment or invoicing issues. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and finance teams to promote art programs and campaigns. - Monitor site functionality, resolve technical issues, and conduct competitive market research. - Maintain art rental and sales databases, updating price changes, reservations, and damages. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems. - Experience with inventory management and consignment art logistics. - Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation and reporting. - Excellent customer service and client relationship management. - Ability to conduct A/B testing and identify e-commerce growth opportunities. - Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. - E-commerce certifications (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) preferred but not required.
