**Job Title** Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing **Role Summary** Spearhead global integrated marketing campaigns, from creative briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment with regional needs and corporate standards. Oversee 360‑degree content across digital, social, web, and promotional channels for color and fragrance categories, while driving brand credibility and adoption among Independent Beauty Consultants. Lead a small team, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and manage project timelines and budgets. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, on‑budget marketing assets that resonate globally and locally. - Maintain high adoption rates of corporate toolkits and brand guidelines. - Provide actionable analytics and insights to inform continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead creative development lifecycle: briefing, production, global coordination, and final rollout. - Coordinate with Regional Marketing, Product Management, Creative Services, and Business Intelligence to tailor materials to local markets. - Conduct background research, competitive analysis, and KPI review to support creative briefs. - Track program adoption, compile analytics, and present debriefs to senior management. - Serve as primary corporate contact for toolkits and brand assets distributed to regional partners. - Partner with digital marketing to ensure consistency across offline and e‑commerce platforms. - Manage, mentor, and set objectives for a direct report. - Educate regional teams on brand standards and best practices. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in corporate or agency advertising with demonstrable successful marketing campaigns. - 3+ years supervisory experience (preferred). - Strong project management and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency in integrated marketing, digital/social media, PR, and promotional strategy. - Analytical mindset: data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting. - Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills. - Creative development and brand experience in cosmetics or direct‑selling environment (highly preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. - Relevant certifications in marketing, digital strategy, or project management are a plus.
