Job Description

**Job title** Junior Strategic Analyst **Role summary** Analyst responsible for transforming complex business challenges into data‐driven insights and executive‑ready recommendations. Works cross‑functionally to drive growth, operational efficiency, and customer impact through quantitative analysis, SQL/Python scripting, and BI tools. **Expectations** * Deliver actionable, compelling recommendations to senior leadership. * Own end‑to‑end projects with minimal direction, navigating ambiguity. * Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats. * Build trust and influence across teams in a fast‑paced startup environment. **Key responsibilities** * Partner with stakeholders to define problems, identify opportunities, and generate data‑based insights. * Write and execute advanced SQL queries; use Python or R to extract, clean, and analyze data. * Develop and maintain dashboards and self‑service BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo). * Present insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership, influencing decisions. * Support growth initiatives and operational improvements through analytics. * Contribute to scalable analytics solutions and continuous improvement of data workflows. **Required skills** * Strong quantitative and problem‑solving abilities. * Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R). * Effective written and verbal communication, including presentation to executives. * Ability to work independently amid uncertainty. * Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Preferred skills** * Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo). * Version control experience (Git, GitHub). * Exposure to startup or fintech environments. **Required education & certifications** * Undergraduate or master’s degree in a quantitative or STEM field, graduating 2024–2026. * No specific certifications required.
