Job Description
**Job Title:** Software Integration Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the integration of an instant‑funding solution for e‑commerce and in‑store merchants. Act as the primary liaison between sales, merchants’ IT teams, and internal departments to ensure successful product deployment, support pre‑sales activities, and drive continuous improvement of the integration process. **Expectations:** - Deliver integration projects on time, within scope and budget. - Provide expert technical support during pre‑sales and post‑deployment phases. - Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. - Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and proactive problem‑solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Sales teams during pre‑sales by clarifying technical requirements. - Plan, coordinate, and execute product integration with merchant IT teams. - Manage functional assistance and technical follow‑up with internal (IT, Legal, Sales, Account Management) and merchant stakeholders. - Propose enhancements to the solution based on integration feedback. - Develop, document, and refine integration processes and related documentation. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of web services, software architecture, and SQL. - Experience with version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Wiki). - Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve software incidents. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing multiple client relationships. - Analytical mindset with strong synthesis and listening abilities. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Familiarity with payment service providers (PSP) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of higher education (Bac+5 equivalent), preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Proven experience in managing software integration projects. - Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not mandatory.
