Job Title: Senior System Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and manage cloud and infrastructure projects for an MSP, ensuring accurate scoping, execution, and documentation while supporting escalations and mentoring juniors. Expactations: 2+ years in an MSP, strong Azure & M365 proficiency, VMware/Hyper‑V skills, solid networking knowledge; deliver projects autonomously with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Azure, server, networking, and virtualization projects (cloud migrations, server refreshes, VOIP, workstation rollouts). • Validate project scopes with design resources; create and execute detailed project plans. • Lead or co‑lead server refreshes, network upgrades, and cloud migrations. • Support escalations for junior staff and mentor skill development. • Maintain accurate documentation, PSA tracking, status reports, and daily time entries. • Participate in customer meetings and present progress professionally.
