Job Description: **Job Title**: Founding Account Executive – Healthcare **Role Summary**: Senior sales executive responsible for building and executing a 0‑to‑1 go‑to‑market strategy for a SaaS hiring platform that connects Nurse Practitioner students with healthcare employers. Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, create a scalable pipeline, and develop a repeatable sales playbook in a fast‑growing healthtech startup. **Expectations**: - Achieve revenue targets and OTE up to $150K. - Design and implement a full GTM plan from scratch. - Deliver weekly pipeline, activity, and forecast reports. - Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to product and executive teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prospect and engage decision‑makers in small‑to‑medium healthcare practices, staffing firms, and hospital systems. - Manage the full sales cycle of the NPHire platform, meeting or exceeding quota. - Generate and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting. - Build and refine a repeatable sales playbook, messaging, and processes. - Act as customer champion, gathering feedback and driving adoption. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on strategy and execution. **Required Skills**: - 4–5 years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience in healthcare or staffing tech. - Proven hunter mentality, goal‑driven, resilient to rejection. - Startup experience, preferably with a 0‑to‑1 GTM launch. - Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement tools. - MEDDIC and/or SPIN selling trained. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Self‑motivated, organized, capable of independent remote work. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - Certifications in MEDDIC or SPIN selling (preferred).
