Job Description

**Job Title:** Management Controller Internship **Role Summary:** Support financial operations and administrative processes for a growing startup in automated finance solutions, focusing on optimizing workflows, budgeting, and reporting. **Expectations:** Recent experience in corporate finance (audit, accounting, or management control) through internship or apprenticeship. Requires proficiency in Excel and strong accounting knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** - Automate and execute monthly financial tasks (sales tracking, invoicing, supplier payments, and customer follow-up). - Manage accounts receivable (monitor overdue payments and resolve issues). - Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process. - Monitor cash flow, manage payments, and ensure financial reporting compliance. - Prepare monthly performance reports on training and margin analysis. - Track KPIs, design margin analysis tools, and optimize dashboards. - Maintain and improve automated accounting systems (reconciliation and process integration). **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel skills and accounting practices. - Financial process automation and analytical abilities. - Strong organizational skills with independent work ethic and problem-solving. - Proficiency in designing financial reporting tools and dashboards. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field; internship or apprenticeship in accounting/finance preferred.
