Job Description: **Job Title:** Social Media Assistant **Role Summary** Support social media strategy and execution by creating content, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance across digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand alignment and support marketing initiatives. **Expectations** Full-time, on-site role requiring content creation, cross-functional coordination, asset management, campaign support, and trend research. Must manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, draft, and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and communications. - Coordinate with design, production, and external agencies to finalize materials and meet deadlines. - Organize and maintain marketing assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. - Support seasonal campaigns, events, and initiatives, including vendor coordination and production tracking. - Manage PR tasks: gifting logistics, relationship maintenance, and press project support. - Track and manage samples for photoshoots and showrooms. - Conduct research on competitors, trends, and audience insights to inform strategies. **Required Skills** - Social media content creation and campaign management. - Proficient written/verbal communication and editorial skills. - Experience managing multiple social media accounts. - Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. - Detail-oriented with capacity to work independently and in teams. - Familiarity with digital asset management tools. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
