**Job Title:** Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Drive marketing initiatives across premium OOH business to generate revenue. Develop and execute sales and marketing programs collaboratively with the Marketing Director. **Expectations:** Entrepreneurial, energetic 'can-do' attitude. Self-starter with 4+ years marketing experience, preferably in media. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own product sales collateral and communications strategy. - Develop creative opportunities and execute programs to maximize revenue. - Support Marketing Director in managing the Marketing Assistant and analyzing insights. - Maintain brand and product understanding to enhance brand positioning. - Fulfill ad-hoc requests as required. **Required Skills:** - Marketing principles and campaign execution. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills. - Basic design tool knowledge (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop preferred). - Analytical and strategic planning abilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Further education advantageous but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required.
