Job Description
Job Title: Integrity Analyst Role Summary: Analyze and transform pipeline asset data to support risk modeling, develop SQL scripts for data staging and validation, perform engineering calculations, and provide client training and support for integrity management solutions. Expectations: Deliver accurate and actionable data insights, identify pipeline risks and threats, work cross‑functionally with engineering and client teams, meet tight deadlines, and travel within the US and Canada up to 20% of the time. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain data staging, transformation, and validation scripts using SQL. - Assess effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques. - Analyze and interpret trends in complex structured and unstructured datasets. - Identify and recommend data quality and governance improvements. - Write, peer‑review, and release reports as required. - Address pipeline integrity issues within risk modeling frameworks. - Conduct risk analyses on specific pipeline assets and develop engineering solutions (reliability modeling, fault tree analysis, Weibull analysis, RCA/RCFA). - Perform detailed engineering calculations and support integrity management software implementations. - Conduct client demonstrations, project meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Required Skills: - 1–3 years of client-facing software implementation experience. - Proficiency in MS SQL Server (or equivalent RDBMS: Oracle, DB2, Teradata). - Advanced mathematical and statistical techniques. - Strong MS Office skills, including spreadsheet modeling, database work, and presentation development. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively; meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel in the US and Canada up to 20% of the time. - Knowledge of pipeline operations or risk management is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in engineering. ---
