**Job title**: SAP Segmentation Functional Consultant (E2E Supply Chain)
**Role Summary**:
Deliver SAP segmentation expertise across the full supply chain lifecycle. Act as a subject‑matter expert to design, configure, test, and support segmentation use cases in Demand & Supply Planning, Purchasing, Production Execution, Quality Management, Inventory & Warehouse, Sales, Product Costing, Regulatory & Compliance, and Sustainability.
**Expectations**:
• Lead workshops, challenge assumptions, and present market best practices to enable timely client decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end segmentation solution delivery: requirement capture, functional specification, system configuration, data mapping, testing, and cutover.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Demand & Supply Planning** – Attribute‑based supply/demand matching.
2. **Purchasing** – Source & manage at segmentation level; supplier selection, PO pricing, split valuation.
3. **Production Execution** – Multi‑level MRP, routing, batch determination, product availability.
4. **Quality Management** – Segmentation‑based quality planning, inspection, result reporting.
5. **Inventory/Warehouse** – Segmentation‑based inventory movement, stock status, transfer orders, handling units, batch determination.
6. **Sales** – Segmentation‑driven transaction processing, back‑order handling, pricing, special sales (consignments, 3‑party).
7. **Product Costing** – Segmentation‑based cost valuation.
8. **Regulatory & Compliance** – Attribute‑based target customer shipping, material proliferation control, end‑to‑end traceability.
9. **Sustainability** – Segmentation‑based reverse logistics, refurbishment.
• Build functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct system configuration, unit/ integration/ UAT testing.
• Prepare data and lead cutover activities.
• Facilitate client workshops with clear, concise recommendations.
**Required Skills**:
• Proven SAP segmentation implementation experience across ≥6 of the 9 domains.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Hands‑on configuration, functional spec writing, and testing in SAP S/4HANA.
• Data preparation and cutover execution in SAP environments.
• Workshop facilitation and change‑management mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP S/4HANA Functional Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Supply Chain Management) is highly preferred.
