**Job Title**
Communication Team Lead – Email Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the email marketing function for a high‑velocity iGaming business, driving user retention, reactivation, and lifetime value across multiple global markets. Own strategy, execution, analytics, deliverability, and team development while coordinating with cross‑functional partners on SMS, push, and in‑app channels.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in Open Rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and LTV.
- Maintain 100 % compliance with anti‑spam regulations and deliverability standards.
- Grow and mentor a small specialist team, ensuring clear goals and high execution uptime.
- Collaborate seamlessly with CRM, content, design, and external service providers.
- Operate within fast‑moving, KPI‑driven iGaming environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute an email strategy focused on retention and reactivation across GEOs.
- Build and maintain a communication calendar aligned to target segments.
- Plan, launch, and oversee mass, trigger‑based, and automated campaigns.
- Manage domain/IP reputation, warming processes, and spam compliance.
- Track and analyse campaign performance (Open, CTR, CR, LTV, churn, deliverability).
- Conduct A/B tests, iterate, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate additional communication channels (SMS, push, in‑app).
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Create documentation and processes to standardise workflows.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of email marketing experience; 1+ year in iGaming or high‑risk verticals.
- Proven ability to lead a small team (content, HTML, analytics).
- Skilled in CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and automated flow design.
- Deep knowledge of retention/ reactivation tactics in gaming.
- Expertise in deliverability best practices, anti‑spam compliance, and domain/IP warming.
- Competence in A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance optimisation.
- Basic HTML/CSS for layout adjustments.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, and detail orientation.
- Fluent in Ukrainian (written & spoken).
- Comfortable with fast‑paced, KPI‑centric environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in email marketing, deliverability, or analytics (e.g., Litmus, EmailMonks, Google Analytics) preferred but not mandatory.
