**Job Title:** Senior Associate, Sales and Brand Partnerships **Role Summary** Supports sales & brand partnerships team to drive revenue growth for Gen Z‑focused media products. Manages lead generation, B2B communications, client events, executive assistance, and sales operations. Works closely with business development reps, senior executives, and external partners to execute strategies, deliver events, and maintain systems. **Expectations** * 3‑4+ years in media, publisher, or agency environment with Gen Z marketing focus. * Demonstrated ability in digital, community, and experiential marketing programs. * Strong event planning experience for small‑to‑mid scale B2B events. * Proven B2B communications skills across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email. * Proficiency with CRM, project management tools, and marketing software (e.g., Boostr, Asana, Mailchimp). **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Lead Generation & New Business** – Identify and qualify prospects, manage outreach cadence, coordinate with BD reps, maintain contact databases, track competitor sponsorships, and compile competitive round‑ups. 2. **B2B Communications Support** – Execute LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, and email campaigns; assist with content creation and scheduling. 3. **Client Events & Special Projects** – Conceptualize, plan, and execute events (happy hours, executive dinners, webinars). Manage budgets, catering, decor, invitations, graphics, follow‑ups, and client gifting. Handle event logistics for key markets and represent the company at conferences. 4. **Senior Executive Assistance** – Book travel and appointments for sales and executive teams; coordinate client catering and gifting; prepare meeting materials, research, and competitive intelligence. 5. **Sales Operations & Software Support** – Assist SVP of Sales with CRM (Boostr) management, generate monthly/quarterly revenue reports, category analysis, win‑rate metrics, and product revenue insights. **Required Skills** * Lead generation & prospecting * B2B marketing & communications * Event planning & management * Relationship building & presentation * CRM & project management (e.g., Asana, Boostr, Expensify) * Data analysis, reporting, and competitive intelligence * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. * Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Ads, Salesforce) are a plus but not mandatory.
