**Job Title**
Senior Manager – FP&A & Business Transformation
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage FP&A and transformation initiatives for client finance teams. Drive financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and high‑impact transactions (M&A, carve‑outs, restructuring). Provide strategic finance insights, partner with business leaders, and support proposal development and business growth.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Advanced FP&A knowledge and strong three‑statement modeling skills.
- Proven project and engagement management with ability to balance internal and client priorities.
- Experience in transaction finance (M&A, divestitures, refinancing) and scenario modeling is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for clients.
- Lead or support cross‑functional teams on business transformation projects (restructuring, sell‑side diligence, M&A integration).
- Diagnose financial challenges, recommend strategic solutions, and drive adoption of finance technologies.
- Produce analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Identify and contribute to business‑development activities and proposal development.
- Stay current on finance technology trends, digital analytics, and industry best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in FP&A, three‑statement analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with FP&A tools: Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion, Planful, Adaptive Workday, OneStream, Power BI, Alteryx.
- ERP knowledge: SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and requirement‑gathering capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate business cases and value propositions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA or equivalent preferred).
