**Job title** Project Lead – AI Transformation **Role Summary** Lead multidisciplinary AI‑focused consulting engagements, translating business goals into technical delivery roadmaps. Act as the chief client‑oriented connector between strategy, product, and engineering teams, ensuring measurable outcomes and scalable solutions. **Expections** - 5–8 years of combined engineering and consulting experience (software/data/platform engineering first, then delivery). - Proven AI/ML project delivery and hands‑on engineering background. - Demonstrated architectural, integration, and data strategy expertise. - Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and mentoring ability. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end‑to‑end engagement lifecycle: scoping, execution, governance, and delivery. - Conduct executive‑level workshops, workshops, and governance forums. - Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps and product strategies. - Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure alignment with client priorities. - Shape delivery models, team structures, and ways of working to maximize business impact. - Collaborate with product managers to frame trade‑offs across product, market, and technology. - Mentor junior consultants and delivery leads. **Required Skills** - Technical depth: enterprise/cloud‑native architecture, API/integration strategy, data modelling & pipelines, analytics strategy. - AI/ML fluency: segmentation, forecasting, automation, generative AI pilots, practical AI implementation. - Consulting craft: client‑facing leadership, structured delivery, stakeholder management. - Builder mindset: ability to prototype, experiment, and solve ambiguous problems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure cloud architecture, data engineering, AI/ML) preferred but not mandatory.
