Job Description
Job Title: Transformer Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead B2B sales activities for industrial transformers within the French market, building strategic relationships with utilities and industrial clients while driving revenue growth and expanding into renewable energy opportunities. Expactations: Achieve ambitious sales targets, manage end‑to‑end customer engagement, represent the company at industry events, deliver accurate quotations with engineering support, and regularly report progress to headquarters. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with utility companies and industrial customers. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in renewable energy and emerging markets. - Communicate customer needs to technical and engineering teams. - Organize client visits to production facilities and support factory acceptance testing. - Represent the company at conferences and trade exhibitions. - Collaborate with tendering engineers to provide timely, accurate quotations. - Achieve defined sales growth targets in the French market. - Participate in quarterly sales meetings with headquarters in Ireland. - Travel extensively for client meetings and site visits; hold a valid driver’s licence.
