Job Description

**Job title** DevOps Engineer (Salesforce) **Role Summary** Responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and related digital systems. Works within agile squads to deliver user stories, support integrations, ensure data governance, and contribute to innovation initiatives across the organization. **Expactations** - Travel to the office ≥ once per month (self‑funded) - Deliver tasks independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, agile environment - Provide second/third‑line support and user training - Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and adhere to change‑management processes **Key Responsibilities** - Administer and maintain Salesforce (including Experience Cloud & Non‑Profit Success Pack) for performance, security, and configuration - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues; propose enhancements - Onboard, train, and mentor users; develop internal champions - Deliver user stories in SCRUM sprints; contribute to technical design and testing - Support cross‑platform integrations (Assemble volunteer system, web/mobile apps, APIs) and service‑desk activities - Participate in hackathons and evaluate emerging technologies for digital improvement - Enforce data quality, GDPR compliance, and support reporting/dashboard creation **Required Skills** - Salesforce administration/engineering (2+ years) - Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, and agile frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban) - Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Apex, Lightning Web Components (beneficial) - Understanding of GDPR and regulated data environments - Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of cross‑functional teams **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience - Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) or demonstrable hands‑on expertise - Experience with Experience Cloud and Non‑Profit Success Pack preferred.
