**Job Title** Area Sales Manager – Travel & Luxury **Role Summary** Drive B2B and B2C sales growth across a designated territory for a premium travel operator. Build and nurture relationships with retail agents, trade partners, and key corporate accounts to achieve sales targets and brand objectives. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed regional sales quotas and national growth goals. - Deliver measurable ROI through partnership development and marketing activities. - Maintain high professionalism, brand alignment, and strategic presence at industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, prospect, and cultivate new B2B accounts and high‑potential markets. - Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing plans, including trade shows, digital campaigns, and influencer partnerships. - Provide product training and branding support to agents, including presentations and onsite familiarisation trips. - Track and report sales activity in Salesforce; produce insights and regular updates for partners. - Manage territory budget and joint marketing funds within ROI guidelines. - Attend national and international conferences showcasing the brand. - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, feeding insights to management. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in agency, partnership, or business development within the travel sector. - Strong B2B sales acumen, particularly in premium/luxury segments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with Salesforce and digital marketing tools. - Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and ability to work independently. - Ability to travel and represent the brand at events and trade shows. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field. - No specific certifications required; industry knowledge and experience valued.
