Job Description: **Job Title** Software Engineer, Agent **Role Summary** Design, build, and ship production‑grade AI agents that drive revenue for enterprise customers. Own the end‑to‑end Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), partner with large organizations and startups, and shape the evolution of the AI agent platform. **Expectations** * Deliver scalable, reliable AI agent solutions that meet or exceed client performance targets. * Own the full ADLC from pilot to continuous iteration. * Build strong customer relationships to translate business challenges into technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce. 2. Own the ADLC, establishing best‑practice workflows and tooling. 3. Partner with enterprise leaders and startups to understand needs and implement solutions. 4. Prototype new platform features, agent architectures, self‑service tools, and generative capabilities. 5. Experiment with voice models and integrate them at scale. 6. Collaborate with product, research, and platform teams to guide product evolution. **Required Skills** * Proven experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems. * Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments. * Builder mindset with agency to overcome obstacles and ship solutions. * Excellent communication—clear, direct, persuasive for technical and non‑technical audiences. * Customer‑facing experience; ability to translate business requirements into engineering work. * Familiarity with AI/LLM production, eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering. * Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and/or Go (prior experience preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (certifications optional).
