Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Role Summary:
Provide architecture and integration support for eCommerce and enterprise systems, design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and event‑driven workflows, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and performant solutions.
Expectations:
- 4–7 years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, or systems integration.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems (CRM, CDP, ERP, OMS, PIM, tagging/analytics, marketing platforms).
- Proven ability to design and support API integrations and event‑driven workflows.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud‑based data infrastructure.
- Strong technical documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define system and data integration architecture for eCommerce platforms and enterprise systems.
- Produce solution design documents, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and integration standards.
- Design and build data pipelines for analytics, tagging, customer data, product information, inventory, orders, and commerce workflows.
- Configure and maintain integration patterns (APIs, streaming, webhooks, batch jobs, middleware workflows).
- Build data models, schemas, and event structures; ensure data quality, governance, and synchronization.
- Implement data visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Translate integration requirements into technical tasks, support testing, debugging, and validation across systems.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and documentation of security, reliability, observability, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to clarify data and integration needs.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Solution architecture, data engineering, or systems integration.
- API development and event‑driven integration.
- Data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Digital tagging, analytics measurement, and customer data capture.
- Strong written and verbal communication.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent).
