Job title: Product Manager
Role Summary: Lead product strategy and execution for a B2B2C sustainability mobility marketplace, improving user flows, defining and delivering roadmap items, and measuring performance to drive impact.
Expectations: 3‑6 years of product management experience on transactional digital products (marketplace, SaaS, e‑commerce, fintech). Proven ability to prioritize, specify, and deliver end‑to‑end features in a fast‑moving, uncertain environment. Curiosity, experimentation, autonomy, and a focus on real change. Passion or strong interest in sustainable mobility and ecological transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the roadmap for a strategic product scope within the B2B2C marketplace.
- Prioritize features and make trade‑offs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable specifications for cross‑functional teams.
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery, from concept through development, testing, and production rollout.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to assess real‑world impact and iterate quickly.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI‑driven enhancements and new use cases.
Required Skills:
- Strong product management fundamentals: vision setting, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and outcome measurement.
- Experience with transactional digital products (marketplace, SaaS, fintech, e‑commerce).
- Ability to write clear, actionable specifications and guide execution.
- End‑to‑end delivery management – coordination of engineering, design, data, and operations.
- KPI development, data analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
- Familiarity with agile practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a startup context with high uncertainty.
- Interest in sustainable mobility and ecological transition.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Product Management certification (Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar) is an advantage, though not mandatory.
